Warranty
All items sold by SmollKeebs B.V. are covered by the European standard warranty of two years. Malfunctioning products must be shipped back to SmollKeebs B.V. after contacting us and receiving an RMA number.

Send a brief description of the issue including your order number and invoice. If the issue can be resolved with software settings or firmware updates, the product may not need to be returned. If a customer insists on returning the item, they may do so. If no malfunction is found, the customer pays all shipping costs.
SmollKeebs B.V. will try to repair broken products in-house. If repair is not possible, we will replace the product with the same model or issue a refund.
Warranty covers factory flaws, malfunction after regular wear and tear, and electrical malfunction. It does not cover damage from water contact or drops.
Products no longer under warranty may still be repaired after agreeing on repair costs.
Returns
Products purchased from SmollKeebs B.V. may be returned within fourteen days of arrival at the customer's location, without giving a reason, to:

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend tracked shipping. Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories included. Damaged products or items not returned in original packaging will not be refunded. SmollKeebs B.V. refunds purchases after inspection within thirty days of receipt at our facilities.
