About our privacy policy
SmollKeebs B.V. cares greatly about your privacy. We only process data we need to provide and improve our services, and we handle your information carefully. Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
This policy applies to use of the website and services provided by SmollKeebs B.V. Valid from 15/02/2022; a new published version replaces previous versions. It describes what we collect, why we use it, who may receive it, how we store and protect it, and your rights.

Website hosting
Our website is hosted by a commercial hosting provider. Basic technical data (such as anonymised IP address, browser, and operating system) may be logged for security and performance. This is used only to operate and improve the site.
Business email for smoll@smollkeebs.com is provided through our domain registrar (Mijndomein). They implement appropriate technical and organisational measures. They do not have access to mailbox contents; we treat email confidentially.
Payment processing
Payments are processed through PayPal and/or other payment providers we use at checkout (such as Mollie). They process name, address, and payment details needed to complete your order. They apply their own privacy and security measures and retain data only as permitted by law.
Shipping
Orders are delivered via PostNL (or another courier when needed). We share your name, address, and contact details with the courier solely to fulfill delivery.
Accounting
We use MoneyBird for administration and invoicing. We share name, address, and order details required for sales invoices. MoneyBird is bound by confidentiality and uses appropriate security measures.
Purpose of processing
We use your data only to provide our services — orders, support, and related administration. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing without consent. Processors above are bound by confidentiality agreements or legal duty.
Retention
We keep customer data while you remain a client. Invoices and related records are kept as long as required by Dutch tax and accounting law. You may request erasure where no legal retention applies.
Your rights
Under Dutch and EU law you may request access, rectification, restriction, portability, or erasure of personal data, and object to processing. Contact smoll@smollkeebs.com. We respond within 30 days where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page. Material changes that affect how we use existing data will be communicated where required.
