Shipping policy

SmollKeebs B.V. ships from The Netherlands using PostNL International, with Track and Trace. Shipping fees and delivery time may differ by country. Orders within Europe usually arrive within 3 working days after we hand the package to the courier. Shipping outside Europe can take longer — up to 60 days to the Americas.

SmollKeebs B.V. reserves the right to use a different courier than listed on the invoice.

In-stock products are handed to the courier within a week. Group buys and pre-orders may take longer; SmollKeebs B.V. may delay fulfillment of group buys and pre-orders as needed.
